to design and organize a system of seminar courses for qualifying Associate Members' promotion to Ordinary Members

to obtain Government's Authorization in running
(i) Grade Entrance Examination courses; and
(ii) Career Development Training courses for Land Executives of the Lands Department
2000-2007
to work and liaise closely with recognized universities to design a package of degree courses (Diploma, B.L.A., M.L.A.) to meet the various needs of the members.
2006-2010
to get HKILA officially recognized as a professional institution.
